winamp radio streaming from a web based program

Hi! I just want to know if there is a way to broadcast (using a winam radio station to save the stream costs) from my web, using a web based control.
The idea: When someone visit my site, automatically starts playing a radio (everyone that enter into my site will be listening the same radio) and can choose just mute or the volume level...
I'm not asking to get someone do that for me, i'm just asking for a direction because i being searching the web for 2 weeks trying to know if it's possible.
